Since 430 B.C. we have been condoned to believe that the world is round and revolves around the sun but is that the case? Conspiracy theories appear to be laced with paranoia, and data suggests that the more paranoid someone is, the more likely they are to believe them there have been tons of controversial conspiracy theories surrounding this topic which are quite interesting so let's cover them together. But first of the majority of our world believes the earth is round and there is plenty of evidence supporting this like watching a sunset or climbing a tree markksargent’s “Flat Earth Clues” two-hour long Youtube video discussing otherwise is a whole next level. Markksargent quickly runs through that there are so many small clues addressing the world is flat like
What is the world's supposedly tallest mountain? Everest. That is until it isn't. The name is self-evident; it's a morphing of "never rest" because you'd never rest if you wanted to go to the largest mountain, which isn't there. But "What about all those people who have climbed it?" Consider all of the people who have allegedly died doing so. How do you die trying to climb something that doesn't exist? You can't do it. Those who "survived" were slain to protect the conspiracy, while those who "died" were prepared to cooperate. And, in case that wasn't plain enough, almost everyone who attempts to climb Everest does so with oxygen. Why would you do that when there is oxygen in the air all around us? It isn't on Earth, wherever they are headed. But do you know where you'll need oxygen? The moon. They're heading in that direction. To imitate climbing Everest, so-called mountaineers are being dispatched to the moon. This is why Nasa had to stage an astronaut landing on the moon since it was already crowded with mountaineers, and they couldn't risk exposing the plot.
But this makes us wonder how thick the Earth is. Nobody said it was two-dimensional if it was completely flat. It must be thick enough so that we can go underground or underwater. Unlike mountains, the oceans are undeniably real; otherwise, where would Atlantis have gone? The
Mariana trench, which is 7 miles deep, is the deepest part of the ocean we know about. This implies that the Earth is at least 7 miles thick, and most likely much thicker, because there is a lot of water on top of it, and it would need to be solid enough to keep it all in, lest all of the seas leak out of the world's bottom. Even if you ignore rising sea levels caused by global warming, this clearly isn't happening. How can there be global warming if there is no globe to warm?
Although one big question is If the equator is still around 25,000 miles in circumference, and it's roughly halfway between the north and south pole, that means the flat earth has to be 50,000 miles or so in circumference. If the earth has a "dome" over it (a half-sphere or flat with 7 miles of thickness), it would be about 8,000 miles high. That means all or most of the satellites and the space station would be able to 'orbit' comfortably inside the dome. So the moon landing's still off the table, but this other space stuff may still be possible.
All of this is confusing, and, like every other topic in 2022, it is controversial, and we must believe in what we want and which evidence is the most credible.
