Feeling Pink?
“2020 has been a powerful reminder that we are all in this together and our choices and actions have the power to protect the most vulnerable among us in a big way. The same holds true when it comes to breast cancer”. - (nationalbreastcancer.org)
Together… lets spread hope and inspire healthy habits starting with your diet.
What’s good for you
Stay hydrated - Go for 2-3 litres of fluid per day - Caffeine not included!
Ditch the calorie counters, you need the energy - Aim to eat 5-6 small meals a day.
Choose nutrients - Eat healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, beans, nuts, seeds, meats/eggs and dairy products.
Protein is a plus - maintain lean body mass by including meat, poultry, fish, seafood, eggs, beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, soy and dairy products in your diet.
