As of 17th October, 39.4M cases were recorded worldwide, with 27M recoveries, and 383,618 new cases. 99% of cases were mild and 1% of cases were lethal. However, the purpose of this article is not only an update on Covid-19 cases, but to acknowledge and appreciate the government and health experts who risk their lives for the whole world to ensure good health around the world.

Asia: Their understanding of COVID-19 and research so far is impressive. Their focus is to maintain engagement with countries to expand resources and display new research strategies that efficiently curb this virus. The Coronavirus Workshop, by the Global Health Network, brings experts from India, Pakistan, Nepal, and Bangladesh to protect Asia. Financial institutions are also playing a crucial role by implementing safe ways to serve customers.

And also restricts the freedom of traveling during this pandemic. Currently, ambitious virologists aim to invent a vaccine in 12-18 months by collaborating with other countries. Therefore, Europe has supported EU health systems, helped decrease unemployment risks, protect agriculture, and supported other countries in need.

North & South America: North America has decided to supply protective gear to people, support health systems, discuss ways people can battle Covid-19, rejuvenate the economy, and develop research to invent vaccines. On the other hand, South America isn't prepared for another lockdown and has inadequate access for testing. However, they are trying to recoup by conducting drug trials for Covid-19, which they hope will be effective for all.

Africa: While Africa is highly supporting the healthcare systems, there is controversy between the people about providing sufficient quantities of healthcare supplies. The banks estimate that the continent will lose a total of $275 billion. Therefore, Africa is considering the causes of decline in its growth and thinking of feasible solutions, that include economic diversity, regional unity, and digitalization.
